Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within the 50 United States

What payment methods do you accept?

The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, Discover & American Express
Credit card processing is handled by PayPal (You do not need to have a PayPal account).
Payment from PayPal is also accepted (PayPal account is required)
We also accept payment by check (no third party checks accepted)

What is your Return and Exchange policy?

Cosmetics and personal use products can not be returned or exchanged – All sales are final.
All other products can be returned for a refund or exchange if the product has not been used
and is returned in the original packaging (if applicable). The customer bears the return shipping
cost unless it is being returned due to an error on our side. In either case, you must contact me
to obtain an RSA (Return Shipping Authorization) prior to returning the item(s)

What shipping options do you provide?

Currently, we only ship via USPS (United States Postal Service), using First Class Parcel,
flat-rate Priority Mail (3 to 5 day shipping), and Priority Mail Express (2-day shipping).

How can I cancel an order?

If you created an account on My Tiny Shop, you can log in to your account, and if the order is still in the
processing stage (hasn’t been shipped), you can cancel the order from there. If you ordered using Guest Checkout, then contact me as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, I can cancel the order and reverse any charges that were made.

If I pay by credit card, when does the payment get charged?

When you place an order, an authorization for payment is made (payment pending).
However, your card will not be charged until your order ships.

What if technical problems are preventing me from placing an order?

Contact me using my contact form. I can manually enter the order for you, and if necessary, send you an
invoice via email with links to pay with a credit card or PayPal, or you can mail a check.

I accidentally placed an order using the wrong payment or shipping options, what can I do?

Contact me as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, I can cancel or modify the order for you.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong quantity (or duplicated an order). What can I do?

If I'm near your location, can I place and/or pickup an order in person?

The short answer is “yes”. However, we do not operate a physical store location, but we can arrange to meet you
at our warehouse and transact business there. There is a $1 fee for this service.

Do the shipping options come with tracking?

Yes. If you provided a valid email address, I will send a notification to you when your order ships, which
will include a tracking number.

I placed an order and just realized there was a typo with my email address. How can I correct it?

If you signed up for an account, you can log into your account and make the corrections on your profile dashboard.
If you ordered using Guest Check-out, you can contact me to provide me with the correct email address. Please include
your order number.
